We defend companies after investigations are opened against the executives or other employees of a company. This also includes the organisation of the collaborative defence of several defendants by several lawyers. Risks under criminal law are identified and the company is positioned in relation to the criminal proceedings with the aim of minimising the direct and indirect adverse impact on the company. To this end we also contribute to the development and implementation of a concept for communicating with all stakeholders. We must consider the specific features of criminal law and criminal procedure and thereby make the communication as controllable as possible.
